Terms of Service

1. These Terms govern the use of Resume AI (the "Service") provided by Yosuke Murata (the "Company").

2. Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

1. Those wishing to use the Service shall register according to the method specified by the Company.

2. The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:

• If false information is provided
• If there is a history of violating these Terms
• Other cases deemed inappropriate by the Company

1. Users shall manage their account information at their own responsibility.

2. Users may not transfer or lend their account information to third parties.

3. The Company is not responsible for damages due to inadequate account management.

1. Users shall pay the fees set by the Company for paid services.

2. Payment is made by credit card.

3. Monthly plans are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

4. Paid fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason.

Users shall not engage in the following actions:

• Actions that violate laws or public order
• Actions that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Commercial use of the Service (unless permitted by the Company)
• Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company

1. The Company may change the content of the Service without prior notice.

2. The Company may suspend the Service in the following cases:

• System maintenance
• Force majeure such as natural disasters
• Other cases deemed necessary by the Company

3. The Company will provide reasonable notice before terminating the Service.

1. Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners.

2. Rights to content created by users using the Service belong to the users.

1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service.

2. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Use of content generated by the Service is at the user's own risk.

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms become effective upon posting on the Service.

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
